Motivation. It creeps up on you sometimes. Sometimes it attacks you like a rabid canine. Funny how internal feelings work the way. Perhaps I am beginning a transitional period towards enlightenment. Who knows? The fact of the matter is that I am beginning to feel these things again. It has not been that long according to the Gregorian calendar. Alas it feels as though it has been forever. Now, what I have pondered as of late, is the cause of motivation. Is the cause as dynamic as the effect? Possibly. At this junction, I am less concerned with causes and effects as I am with the complex task of turning said motivation into physical or mental action. I am talking about results goddammit! Maybe it is cyclical, life's cruel version of the classic chicken-or-the-egg adage. Hell, I've been learning a lot about how the world works lately. Interesting place. Digression in the future.
